Ms. Pelletier is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on patent litigation before the courts and the International Trade Commission as well as post-grant trial and reexamination practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Pelletier also represents clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has drafted briefs, assisted with oral argument preparation, and maintains a focus on appellate procedure, handling complex motions and providing counseling on the Court's rules of practice.

Ms. Pelletier re-joined the firm after clerking for the Hon. Randall R. Rader, then chief judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before her clerkship, Ms. Pelletier used her technical background in bioinformatics to prepare and prosecute patent applications as well as support litigation, inter partes review, covered business method review, and reexamination proceedings in a variety of technology areas including computer software, information retrieval, data security, digital rights management, Internet applications, mobile computing, mapping and navigation systems, medical image processing, health information technology, and software for genetic sequencing and analysis. Prior to law school, Ms. Pelletier worked as a web applications developer for a notable medical institution where she developed online systems for clinical trial management and biomedical research applications.

Ms. Pelletier was an articles editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law and was awarded Best Appellant Brief in the Northeast Region at the 2012 Giles S. Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition. She is also a co-author of Chapter 35 of the ABA's Patent Litigation Strategies Handbook (4th Ed. 2015) published by Bloomberg BNA, which addresses patentability challenges at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Pelletier is a member of the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court, Federal Circuit Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, and Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program.

Ms. Pelletier is also a contributing author of Patent Office Litigation, Second Edition, published in 2017 by Thomson Reuters Westlaw, the book provides a fresh and comprehensive exploration of patent office litigation proceedings, including how the proceedings interact with other aspects of patent procurement and enforcement, while delivering practical analysis and advice.
